Author, Trainer & Coach
For over 25 years, Allan Knight M.Ed., has dedicated his life to helping others transform their lives both professionally and personally. Allan is a self-help author, motivational speaker and an inner fitness coach. Allan Knight has been a public speaker, trainer and coach for over 24 years. He has created a most unique personal development program called the Inner Shape Up program. From1971 – 1980 Allan lived as Buddhist Monk learning the tools for calming and centering the mind, as well as accessing what he calls our ‘inner power zone’, according to Allan, the true key in attaining self mastery in our lives. His love of sports and personal development led to the creation of his Inner Shape-up Program. The program is a practical, complete and results oriented system that helps you discover your greatness, achieve inner freedom and lead an extraordinary life! Allan is the author of the soon to be released book, “What’s Holding YOU Back?” which gives an overview of his philosophy and a comprehensive description of each one of the 9 steps of his Inner Shape Up program.
Allan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology from McGill University. While studying at McGill, he hosted a talk show called SPORTS MINDED, an in depth look at the life and psychology of athletes. Allan is a sought after speaker and conducts sales and inner fitness training programs throughout Canada and the US. He has successfully coached thousands of individuals on how to become effective communicators, become financially successful, and lead more fulfilling lives. Among his many clients are Realtors, Financial Advisors, Sales Professionals, CEOs’, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Born in Montreal, Canada, Allan currently lives in Vancouver, BC. He loves horses, sports and Dean Martin who he considers to be the greatest personality of all time.
